What is a Gap Analysis
- Establishes how ready the management system is for certification or as a baseline for what work needs to be done - it gives us a plan to work with.
- Can be targeted on an area of weakness or broadly across the standard’s requirements.
- Typically takes 1-2 days.

Implementation Support
- Providing support to achieve certification standard.
- Based on the outcome of the Gap Analysis this may be varied in approach and include training, documentation structuring, help with operational controls.

Workshops
- Exercises aimed at improving the Management Team's understanding and involvement in the management system.
- Includes; Understanding Context, Establishing Risks and Controls, Establishing Objectives & KPIs
- Can be tailored for the audience/area of the standard.
- Each workshop takes 2-3hrs

Certification Support
- For that extra support prior to and during your certification visits
- Pre-assessment audits
- Help with corrective action plans

Legal Compliance Support
- With our ever-changing legislation I can support organisations with establishing and evaluating Compliance Obligations related to the standards.
- This service has an annual fee

Internal Auditing
- Providing your internal audits to ensure your management system remains maintained and effective.
- Duration and frequency based on business complexity and risk, from 2 days annually for <20 staff
